Most of our luxury Camps Bay house rentals and apartments are only available for a short-term rental of one to three weeks during the busy Cape Town summer season, from November to April when daily rates are usually applicable both for our apartments and villas.
Due to the popularity of Camps Bay as a holiday destination during those months, it is generally not possible for us to offer big discounts for clients looking for an apartment or villa rental for a long term stay. This is especially the case over the busiest months of December to February.
However, during off-peak periods away from these months, many of our villas and apartments are available for longer stays of one to eight months at special weekly or monthly rates (available on request).
This can provide the perfect solution for clients requiring accommodation for extended business visits or when relocating to Cape Town, when we can also assist with clients looking for property management and sales services.
For holiday visitors as well, our low-season months still provide largely very pleasant weather and the mild Cape Town climate means it is always a great time to visit and enjoy the luxury of a Cape Town villa rental and enjoy the many Camps Bay attractions on offer throughout the year.
