As well as providing high quality holiday accommodation for leisure clients, Cape Portfolios also specialises in assisting local and international production companies requiring luxury houses and apartments for accommodation. 

We have considerable experience of working closely with production companies that offer commercials, stills and film production services and require accommodation for cast and crew, often at very short notice and subject to tight budgeting requirements. In recent years Cape Portfolios has provided luxury accommodation in Camps Bay for some of the leading Hollywood and other international film stars working on big Cape Town film production projects.

Many of our properties are located in and around Camps Bay, including several villas in the same streets, so we can easily accommodate large production teams within close proximity of each other. The private catering and other additional services we are able to provide in our villas and apartments are often in demand from our production clients and the fact that we are property managers for many of the villas we rent out is an added bonus as a member of our team is always on call to assist with any emergencies. Some of our villas can also be used for location work as well as accommodation.
