Having started with villa rentals in various areas in Cape Town we have found that luxury Camps Bay villa rental is by far the most popular option both amongst our holiday and corporate/film production clients.

Who we are – the Cape Portfolios management team
The company is owned and managed by Simon and Helena Kneel who moved to Camps Bay from Simon's native Devon, England in 2000, having fallen in love with Cape Town over the course of several holidays.
Simon Kneel previously worked for ten years as a commercial lawyer for a leading international law firm in London and New York. Since moving to Cape Town he has qualified as a South African Estate Agent. He is a keen golfer and has also recently obtained a Diploma in South African and International Wine Studies from the Cape Wine Academy, a subject close to his heart!
Helena Kneel has also lived and worked in New York, London and her native Sweden. She has a marketing degree as well as extensive international marketing and design experience, which is very much behind the company's commitment to strong, effective marketing and good design. In her spare time she enjoys modern art, yoga and hiking and also designs and sells furniture in a contemporary Scandinavian style.
Natalie Raffino joined Cape Portfolios as Office Manager with many years experience managing a large complex of 40 self-catering apartments in Cape Town. Natalie oversees the day to day running of our office including the handling of enquiries and bookings administration as well as dealing with the service and support staff. Her interests include Chinese astrology and ice-skating, which is not something that a lot of Capetonians can say!
Neil Abernethy is Cape Portfolios Property Manager, with overall responsibility for looking after the maintenance and upkeep of our growing portfolio of managed luxury Camps Bay villas and Cape Town holiday accommodation as well as co-ordinating client arrivals and departures and looking after clients' needs during their stay. Neil grew up in Llandudno very close to Camps Bay and is an avid rugby player and passionate supporter of all South African sports teams.
